These terms cover your use of DeskCoach, the macOS app, and this website. By using DeskCoach you agree to them.

1. What DeskCoach does

DeskCoach is a native macOS app that prompts and verifies healthy work breaks (hydration, eye rest, and movement). Features, schedules, and verification are configurable, and camera verification is optional.

2. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans include a 5-day free trial. The trial requires a payment method and converts to a paid plan automatically when it ends, unless you cancel before then. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy or Mercado Pago.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll work with you on a refund in line with our payment processors' policies.

4. Acceptable use

Don't resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of DeskCoach, and don't use it to violate anyone's rights or the law. A purchase grants you a personal license to use the app.

5. Availability and changes

DeskCoach is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeskCoach and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
